Privacy policy

Bismuthman makes books and apps for children and their grown-ups. We keep data collection to a minimum and do not sell personal information. Children should not submit personal information or make purchases on this website.

All My Planets app

All My Planets does not require an account. Solar systems, planets, drawings, and other creations are stored locally on the device. The app does not upload those creations to Bismuthman and has no public posting, messaging, advertising, or third-party analytics.

All My Planets does not ask for a child's name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. Removing the app may delete creations that are stored on the device.

My Radio Show app

My Radio Show does not require an account. Audio recordings, show titles, and custom soundboard audio are stored locally on the device. The app does not upload that content to Bismuthman, and the current version has no public posting, messaging, advertising, or third-party analytics.

Microphone access is used only when someone records audio. If a grown-up chooses to export a show, Apple’s share sheet sends the file only to the destination that grown-up selects. Deleting the app may delete recordings that have not been exported.

Studio Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive full payment-card details. The app uses Apple’s purchase status to recognize whether Studio Unlock is available on the device.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are designed for children and families, but they do not ask children for a name, email address, account, location, or contact list. Purchases and exporting are placed behind a grown-up check where they apply. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Bismuthman website and store

When an adult purchases a digital book, Stripe processes the payment and provides order details such as the buyer’s email address, amount, and payment status. We use those details to deliver downloads, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and keep required business records. We do not store full card numbers.

The website may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to load pages and protect the service. The site uses Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and choices

Local app recordings remain on the device until someone deletes them or removes the app. Website order and support records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, security, and legal or tax obligations. A parent or guardian may ask what information we hold or request deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products change. If one of our apps adds optional online or sharing features in the future, we will update this policy before those features become available.
